Article I. The name of the organization is Wa Sung Service Club.

Article II. The purpose for which this corporation is formed are: (a) To perform charitable and educational services to the Chinese Community and (b) To promote understanding good will, and friendship among its citizens.

Article III. This corporation is organized pursuant to the General Non-Profit Corporation Law of the State of California (Part of Division 2 of Title 1 o the Corporation's Code).

Article IV. The County in the State of California where the principal office for the transaction of business of this corporation is to be located in Alameda County.

Article V. (a) The number of directors of this corporation shall be twelve, (b) The names and addresses of the persons who are appointed to act as first directors of this incorporation are: Hon Chew, Edward Chew, Clifton W. Lee, Henrye L. Bowen, Edward J. Hing, Charles Ng, Raymond D. Louie, Theodore K. Lee, Howard Ah-Tye, Clayton Soohoo.

Article VI. The name of the existing unincorporated association being incorporated herein is: Wa Sung Service Club.

In Witness Whereof, for the purpose of forming this corporation under the laws of the State of California, the undersigned constituting the incorporation of this corporation have accepted these Articles of Incorporation this 7th day of April, 1960. State of California, County of Alameda.
